Breastfeeding abx: Yes. It is okay. It does go into his milk but it shouldn't affect him. Go to the pediatrician or primary doctor if you notice him having any changes.

The general rule: In general, any antibiotic we would give an infant at that age is okay for you to be on while breastfeeding. Always expect some if it to cross in the milk. There are only a few antibiotics we never give infants, and if you tell your doc before they give you any antibiotics that you are breastfeeding they should check to see if it is appropriate.
