I have this strange feeling on my chest, i'm not sure whether it's the heart or lungs but i feel something pumping slowly at times and when that happens i feel like im loosing energy?

Some medications...: Sounds like one might be experiencing episodes of Slow Heart Beat (Bradycardia). Some medications used for Hypertension Treatment can cause it as many other health conditions. best to see the PCP or Cardiologist for evaluation and possible treatment.
