During winter i always feel very cold. My hands and feet especially can never be warm even if i wear socks or stay by the fire place. And during summer i am always very hot. But i don't really sweat much. Can you please help me. ?

My hands are constantly burning as if you are getting into extremely warm water with ice cold feet. It relieves when I hold ice on it. It started a day ago and has become imbareble.
