It depends but:: First, if you're sexually active (esp. if not using a method of birth control) you might be pregnant but pregnancy is much more likely to cause nausea than vomiting, esp. that much vomiting. This is more likely a stomach flu or food poisoning which will most likely go away in a day or 2. But if you're sexually active and not using birth control it is just a matter of time before you get pregnant.

Pregnant ?'s: Your symptoms are consistent with pregnancy but can be just an intestinal infection. To be certain about pregnancy, obtain a serum HCG test which is the most accurate. Home pregancy tests are accurate if your period is usually regular (24-32 days apart) and is a week "late".
