My 16 month old son has been sneezing a lot for the past couple of days, could he be catching something and can we give him something? no fever and coughing experienced.

Possibilities: These kids are often bothered by simple things like house dust,fumes, odors from cooking or other exposures. This can be an illness coming on but it would likely have added more symptoms if important. I find washing out the nose with saline nose drops often helps. None of the OTC meds do much if anything for kids that age.
