Newborn squirming, red faced and unsettled throughout the day, particularly when passing gas and pooping ?

Common: Picture how you would feel laying flat on your back trying to poop with belly muscles that are too flabby to assist. You would hold your breath & use your breathing muscles to get this done. The same picture applies to any newborn. Many will fuss/get red faced or even scream during pooping or even moving food along. If they feed vigorously & act normal most of the day they are fine.
