I have been witnessing pain and burning sensation only at the left side at lower abdominal portion and slight feeling of pain and body ache and restlessness in hands sometimes. what could be the reason if all the tests are normal related to gastro?

I'm not sure if these various symptoms are interrelated. With respect to left lower abdominal discomfort not explained by your GI workup, I recommend having a general surgeon evaluate you for an occult inguinal hernia.
