Treating symptoms: Distancing, lots of rest, drinking adequate water, take tylenol if needed for discomfort, possibly cool mist humidifier may help. Continue to eat healthy, keep up with hygiene whether it is showers, baths, brushing teeth twice daily, salt water gargling. If having difficulty breathing or unable to stay hydrated or any other concerning symptoms contact your PCP or hospital.

For mild sx's: Rest. Hydrate, Quarantine. If symptomatic consider acetaminophen, decongestant, or saline for nasal irrigation. Eat healthfully. If you have shortness of breath, blue lips or dizziness - please get urgent evaluation. Call your doctor if you are uncertain about the severity of your symptoms. There are no specific medications for COVID 19.
