Supportive : You give supportive treatment like using Tylenol and cough medication if they have cough and fever. If shortness of breath then you need to use prescription medication from doctor and inpatient treatment if you have severe shortness of breath.

Supportive tx: Rest. Hydrate, Quarantine. If symptomatic consider acetaminophen, decongestant, or saline for nasal irrigation. Eat healthfully. If you have shortness of breath, blue lips or dizziness - please get urgent evaluation. Call your doctor if you are uncertain about the severity of your symptoms. There are no specific medications for COVID 19.
