Call you doctor: If you are scratching your skin to the point of breaking down your skin, you need to have an exam. It could be simple but you must rule out more serious diagnosis. Call your doctor, they can even help with telemedicine if you can shoot a picture of the area.

Itching: It wound like you have scratched to the point of giving yourself a papercut. The white and bright pink area needs to be kept moist with bacitracin ointment or vaseline twice a day. This should all heal. You do have to figure out what caused the itching. Is it from allergies, new soaps, fragrances, etc. You can see your PCP once COVID all resolves to discuss if any further testing is needed.
