Skin rash on hand: Rash on hand can be caused by many conditions ringworm is one of them if it did respond to ringworm cream and came back may be he did did not use the cream long enough ,allergy caused by material he touch or work with can cause allergic reaction .eczema .impetigo which is skin infection can cause blister like rash. to be able to tell a picture of the rash can help . he may need to seen physician
