I have been having for the past 2 days a dry and burning chest. i have taken med lemon and ginger and disprin to try and clear this up but its not helping. im not really coughing. but the chest is really heating?

Exam!: The symptoms you describe are indicative of a possible pulmonary infection or other pulmonary disorder. I therefor suggest a medical exam at a clinic as soon as possible at which time a chest X-ray may be ordered. The sooner you are properly diagnosed & treated the better.
