Twinges of pain over right kidney.also pain in the middle of my back just to the right of spinal cord i do have a history of kidney stones. one had to be laser. seeing more often.urine is slightly darker.should i wait it out or seek medical attention?

Kidney stone: For now, just drink plenty of fluids and take whatever pain reliever medication you have at home. If you develop more severe pain in the back with fever, you may need more urgent treatment and antibiotics for which you should consult your urologist or primary physician.
