A member asked:

My period dates keeps changing its not coming at the same time every month. is there anything i can take to make it regular. no longer sure of my ovulation days. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Keeping track : of your cycles, if irregular, consider a fertility diet, cutting down on simple carbs, such as bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and sugar. If remains irregular, talk to your doctor. When regular, 28 day cycles, ovulation is around day 14 of the cycle, intercourse on days 10, 12, and 14 would give best chance of conception. See your doctor for testing, if remaining irregular.
