I have a sharp pain in my kidneys every 2 or 3 hours but ignore it due to healthcare services being busy with corona. any way i can self treat or medicate?

Kidney pain: You can try to increase your fluid intake and also take acetaminophen (paracetamol) to help with pain. Increased fluids might help. Whe safe to have a urine exam and/or exam by health care provider, you should then do that.
