3 weeks ago i had a pulmonary embolism. no signs of dvt from doppler of both legs. on xarelto. i have a dull aching pain in my back all of a sudden and i am not sure if it's cause of another clot or the pushups i did the day the pain came. wat to do?

Please evaluate: You are at risk for another PE and please seek medical care in the Emergency room. The symptom may be related to muscular strain, but I would advise seeing the Emergency department or your PCP right away. Watch for shortness of breath.

Hello. Ive had two clotting events. A DVT led to a pulmonary embolism in 2016 and a clot in my mesenteric artery in 2020. Xarelto 20mg x day. PCP did bloodwork and my testosterone is low so wants to put me on T shots to. Im not sure if thats ok?

What does a pulmonary embolism feel like? I have some chest pains, aching and sometimes heaviness. Can still breathe fine. On 0.02 mg estrogen BC. Doppler from ~1 month ago negative for DVT.
