What is a normal reading for a peak flow meter? the lowest i have gotten is 250 and the highest i have gotten is 350. is this normal for resting? i am 30 and 50.

Asthma: The peak flow measurements may vary during the day and night, but your reading is lower than expected for your age. Your reading should be between 500-600. Repeat the testing three times, take the best of the three readings at the same time of day. You may review the log with a HT physician during an inbox consultation. Follow your asthma plan and avoid known triggers. Please follow up MD.
