I had a membrane rapture at 22 weeks lost all the amniotic fluid but babys heartbeat is very strong ive been put on bed rest. it seems the fluids are rebuilding but when i stand to go to the toilet it starts leaking is there chance of survival?

Yes: Yes, if you follow the doctors advice to remain on bed rest. The amniotic fluid is constantly rebuilding and sometimes membrane leaks seal themselves allowing the pregnancy to continue to term.
