A member asked:

My 13 month old got a measles vaccination yesterday. he was healthy at the time. he is lethargic and nauseas today. he has an appetite but can't stomach much. he has no fever. should we be concerned or will it pass?

Should pass: Lack of fever is a good sign, but if his activity level does not improve, and continues to vomit, even on clear liquids it would be a good idea to take him to a pediatrician for a checkup

Mgt.: I would advise keeping him well hydrated with clear liquids. Continue to monitor his temperature, and report continued symptoms to your doctor. Clear broth and water in small amounts, and avoiding dairy products for one day may also help.
