Best hospitals: The best hospitals for treating people with severe COVID complications are those that have intensive care units, adequate ventilators and the staff to provide this type of treatment. Even the top hospitals in the world are likely not going to perform at their normal level if they are completely overwhelmed by a surge of COVID patients.
