For someone with chronic health issues, staying at home as much as you can doesn't really help you if your kids are still going to school. so what can you do about it then?

Isolate & manage: Keeping those at risk as separate as possible helps. Having the kids wash their hands and or bathe after coming home & wear a mask anywhere the at risk person may go would also help.
