Once we get novel coronavirus and covid-19, are we're stuck with it and could potentially have re-occurring symptoms and still be able to transmit the virus?

Doubtful: There is still a lot that is not known about this virus. However, if it is like many other viruses one would likely not get that same virus back after having been infected. Once the illness has resolved - it is anticipated that we will stop transmitting the virus. We can't say that this will occur with certainty. The virus continues to educate us.
