Is there an artificial antibody available for doctors to inject into patients with covid coronavirus infection, to block the viruses?

No : There is an antigen and antibody used in diagnosis of coronavirus infection, but even if an antibody treatment for the infection were available, in my opinion infusions into thousands or millions of people aren't practical. Hopefully a preventive vaccine will be forthcoming as one is in the early stages of testing.
