I have multiple movable lumps in groin area not painful. recently (more than3months) i noticed submental small not-painful masses. note: i have multiple breast masses/fibroadenosis/benign axillary lymph nodes started 3 years ago , any relation?

It's probable: Those movable lumps are probably adenopathies. This is an immune system response against certain bacteria or parasite among other possibilities. I strongly recommend to visit your doctor to get that properly evaluated
