Does sudafed treat post nasal drip running down the throat?

Maybe: As a decongestant the main action of this drug is constricting the capillaries that allow fluid to escape. The effect may reduce the amount of drainage a person has, but the effectiveness varies with the individual & the dose. The medication can also increase blood pressure as a side effect.
