Post nasal drip : May be allergies or vasomotor rhinitis or reflux . Have you considered using Zyrtec for allergies ( sometimes one benadryl before bed helps) , or famotidine for reflux . Afrin if used continually may worsen the condition because of rebound effect , therefore should not be used.
