Swollen feet, occasional numbness and tingling of my fingers and sometimes chest pains ?

Chest pain swelling: If you are having chest pain and swelling of the feet and these are new symptoms you should see a provider. Some type of heart problem needs to be explored. Swelling though can be to kidney problems or even hormonal issues like thyroid.
