I need urgent assistance my daughter is 4yrs old she ate beetroot 3hrs ago just 3 slices but now she has this thick creamy red diarrhea which never happened to her ever since she had beetroot. im not sure if its the beetroot or she is bleeding?

Unusual: Beet root would be an unlikely source of bleeding. It is difficulty to say in this format weather you should be seen or not. Cramps or other symptoms? Hard to be completely sure online, but if no bad cramps or distress it would seem reasonable to let the diarrhea resolve.
