4w5d after medicated iui (+intercourse same day) uss. sac1: yolk sac but no fetal pole, asked to return in 1 week, no info re: sac1 size. sac 2 is smaller and empty, so unlikely to develop. chances of sac1 showing viable pregnancy?

Wait and see: It is still early to prognosticate on the viability of this pregnancy. Wait at least one week for reassessment by your MD. You can repeat your pregnancy test to see if it is still positive and if negative contact your MD now.
