I've had a sudden onset of diarreah today, following from 2-3 days of feeling nauseous (but not vomiting) and also very tired and lack of energy. today also started having lower back pain. just had my period, so dont think i'm pregnant?

Diarrhea: Diarrhea that is less than 3 days old is acute diarrhea. Typical causes are viral, but possible food poisoning possible or bacterial. Campylobacter one of the more common causes. Often Immoidum or other antidiarrheal and Pepto Bismol will resolve the issue. If fever, vomiting or bloody stools get rechecked.
