I have had nausea, dizziness, general fatigue and lack of energy come and go for the last 3 days. my sinuses flared up yesterday morning so i was sent home "to be safe". should i be concerned? could it be covid related? or more likely a cold?

Testing: It could be COVID 19 or another viral illness. The only way to know for sure is through COVID 19 testing.
