Maybe: dicyclomine is an anticholingeric so may make you constipated or give you renal retention., Colace could help

Dicylomine: This medication can cause constipation. Combat it by drinking adequate fluids. I would avoid laxatives at this time. In view of your problem with cramping, I don't recommend pushing fiber, but you might try taking a stool softener recommended by your pharmacist as a constipation preventative. If you develop no urge for a BM, take senokotS which is a gentle bowel stimulant containing a stool soften
