A member asked:

Can a repeated morning cortisol serum level under 170 170 cortisol nmol/l cause adrenal insufficiency symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

AM cortisol: Normal levels are 138-635. An ACTH stimulation test will detect adrenal insufficiency. An endocrinologist is best to evaluate and advise you.
