Need lab tests done: Widespread muscle cramps are often due to electrolyte(mineral) imbalance such as low potassium or sodium, or high magnesium and potassium. Dehydration itself can cause muscle cramps. Hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism can cause cramps and fatigue. See your physician and have a complete metabolic profile done, especially electrolytes and thyroid function. I hope this was helpful. Get well.
