In the past few days my bowel movements and frequency of going to the toilet has increased to like 3 times a day. fatigue and weakness i experienced . what must i do?

Diarrhea: Diarrhea for less than 10 days is classified as acute. if no fever or blood the diarrhea is considered mild and typically will respond to loperamide and pepto Bismol. Common sources are E. Coli, Campylobacter, Salmonella. Often Pepto is enough to resolve the issue. The infection and likely some degree of electrolyte or volume depletion cause the fatigue. If not responding get checked.
