Ligament pain: At 15 weeks pregnant your uterus is enlarging and and pulling on your round ligament or uterosacral ligament. This hurts, but usualy resolves. If cramping or bleeding let your provider know about your symptoms.

Pregnancy-related ?: At 15 weeks pregnancy the fetus is still relatively small to add much weight to your back.. however, hormonal changes do effect the mechanics of your joints and ligaments in a way that may cause pain with certain movements. That is most-likely the case if the complaints you have started after pregnancy; if started before or if they become intolerable, check with your obstetrician
