Seek local advice: You have symptoms that could be something mild, or more severe, including coronavirus. You also have diabetes and hypertension, which put you in a higher risk category for more serious illness with coronavirus. Therefore, testing for coronavirus in your case would be ideal. However, I do not have access to information about the availability of testing in your area. Call somebody local. Good luck
