The last few days i had a bit of a dry cough. itchy ears not to much of a sore throat. feel warm but not feverish. i run 5 km in gym comfortable without any breathing problems. i have diabetes and high blood pressure. ?

You also have diabetes and hypertension, which put you in a higher risk category for more serious illness with coronavirus. Therefore, testing for coronavirus in your case would be ideal.
