Yes: I recommend everyone self isolate as much as possible, allowing that we all have different needs in terms of shopping and employment, but trying to avoid any unnecessary exposure to other people, particularly in larger numbers, such as in stores, etc. If you have cough and.or fever, then strict self quarantine for 14 days is best, and seek advice. If difficulty breathing, seek care emergently.

COVID 19 concerns.: If you had a complete recovery from your pulmonary emoblism and deep venous throbosis and you don't have any coagulation problems currently, you may not have increased risk for more severe COVID 19 infection. However, I also recommend that we all spend as little time as possible in public to reduce chances of transmission.
