Extreme pain breathing, both in and out. when laying down exhaling is most painful (right side, in my chest, ribs and back). definitrly no breaks. i've had chest x-rays done 7 years apart and there is some shadowing on the bottom and some at the top?

Work up: Please have a screening workup for malignancy. This would include lab tests, HRCT and samples obtained possibly by Bronchoscopy. Your pain and unintentional weight loss are very concerning.
