Vertigo: Vertigo is a symptom and not a diagnosis. You need a diagnosis. It could be inner ear disorders but other neurological causes have to be considered. Start by consulting a neurologist. Any appropriate tests will be ordered in order to make a diagnosis, advise and treat you. You may be referred to an Otolaryngologist for head manipulation therapy depending upon the assessment.
