Contact w/ COVID: There are no known preventive treatments to date but a study did note COVID patients with low Vit D had higher death rates. So might consider Vit D 3000 units/ day also Vit C 1000 mg /day which does have immune enhancing properties and Zinc 30 mg /day f/u/ w/ MD

COVID 19: There are currently no identified treatments, medications or remedies that cure COVID -19. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face or new-onset of confusion.
