My husband, 46, has mild testicle pain for about 1 month now. only one side. he says there is no lump or change, just pain in deeper area. not sexually active for 1 month now, although ejaculation 1 week ago. what could it be? what to do?

Varicocele?: More description is needed for better assessment. However, a common cause of mild discomfort or pain among youg or middle-aged men is left "varicocele" which refers to dilatation of veins (varicosity) of the left testicle. Easy to diagnose on your own or see a urologist if discomfort continues
