I have severe back and chest pain along with neck pain and a weird tingling feeling on my neck/back of head. i have spondylosis but i'm only 22 and this pain is so severe it ruins my life. had mris and xrays and didn't find any real cause. ?

Chronic pain: Sometimes it's not easy to diagnose the cause. You may think it's one thing and it could be another. MRI can't pick up nerve damage, vitamin deficiencies, genetic issues, etc. If after a very thorough assessment if nothing comes up than consideration may be given to things like CRPS or fibro.
