7 days ago had utri. today is my last antibiotics but i am still coughing and my chest is still a little sore. a lot better but the cough is still there. no fever. should i go back to my gp or will the cough take time to go away?

Monitor: Cough in a post Upper respiratory infection can last up to 3 weeks. Monitor yourself take over the counter cough suppressant. Make sure your cough is not getting worst and that you are not developing fever or new symptoms. If you do follow up with your pcp.
