Essential business: In most countries/ locations - essential businesses have remained open. However, it is best to avoid leaving the home when possible. It is important to have at least a months worth of prescription medications. Some helpful items might include acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongetant, durable foods & toilet paper. However, this doesn't mean that hoarding is recommended.
