A member asked:

What should i do if i have been on my period for a month? i feel so sick and lethargic but im not sure if it warrants a doctors visit during the pandemic.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Anemia: Prolonged menstrual bleeding over time can cause low blood levels (anemia) which can cause fatigue and lethargy. It is in your best interest to see a GYN MD as soon as possible for diagnosis as to why your period has endured for one month as well as testing for anemia and possible Rx.
