Could all of the increased sanitization resulting from the covid-19 outbreak create a superbug/super-resistant version of the novel coronavirus?

Superbugs: Although there are already a number of strains of SARS-Cov-2 ,the situation won't necessarily result in a superbig. These are strains of bacteria, fungi, viruses or parasites that become resistant to the treatments that previously worked. An example is a bacteria that has become resistant to antibiotics.
