Washington DC?: COVID 19 coming out of Asia which hit Washington State appears to be less contagious when compared to the mutated COVID 19 coming from Europe which hit Washington, DC and the East Coast. However, that does not mean that one causes more severe illness than the rest. There may be more blacks & Hispanics in Washington DC & they have suffered from increased cases & a higher % of deaths.
