Don't share it/no: The cpap system simply circulates air from your environment through the machine & your lungs before it returns to the environment. In doing so its reach is the same as it would if you were breathing air from & returning it to the same space. The same would be for any upper airway germ you had on board. I see no way this increases the chance of spread above what would happen without it.
