Case by Case: The recent FDA statement is that the the FDA is unaware of scientific evidence connecting the use of NDAID's, like ibuprofen, with worsening COVID-19 symptoms. NSADs's or OTC medications could be used for treating the muscle aches, but always check with you Healthcare provider first!
